You mean you have to remove the entire CCU just to replace the fan switch? Mine is only working on the HIGH position as well.

'91...I have to unlock the passenger door and reach across console to pop up the "lock knob" on the driver's side so I don't think anything has come off the mechanical arms as you put it.

...when I turn the key in the lock the door button doesn't pop up. I suspect it's a dirt or corrosion problem in the contacts but not sure. The passenger side opens fine. Can anyone weigh in on this? Thanks.
