91 NSX Door Panel and Window alignment question.

Hello All, I have a 91 NSX. I am having issues with the window and need to align it. I have removed the door panel that houses the window controls, door lock and door handle. I am now looking at the metal panel that sits behind that. I am trying to remove it as well so I can get to the bolts...

    Brake Light

My brake light is on, is there any simply way to deal with this or do I need to bring in a mechanic? Could it be as simple as changing the brake fluid? It has been a while since I have done that.

    Anti-Lock Brake Light

My anti-lock brake light ('91) has come on. Is there anything fairly simple I can do to rectify this before I drag it off to a mechanic?

NSX Named Ultimate Rides By MSN Auto

We won't know for a number of years, however, I can't imagine that the NSX will not be regarded as a landmark automobile and that honor will be reflected in continuing excelating pricing. This car just has too many innovations, has been lauded by too many critics and is truly in a unique class...

    Resetting SRS light

I had my mechanic do it and he really didn't know what he was doing. I'm so angry at him that I have fired him. I'll find someone who can fix this, I hate driving without a horn, I live to honk at people!

    Resetting SRS light

I've got the same problem. After I had an aftermarket wheel put on, I lost my horn and the srs light is on. For a few days all was well, then it went bad. My mechanic said that I need a new cable reel, but I thought that he was just trying to get out of fixing it (he installed the wheel/hub)...

    Suspension Mystery!

I think I agree with you Swerve. I certainly hope it is a shock as that would probably be less expensive to repair/replace. Unfortunately, the shock really looks fine, there is no fluid anywhere. I just don't want to think how much one of those beautiful aluminium pieces would cost!!!!!

    Suspension Mystery!

Great thought Ken. I just pulled the car out and all looks perfect under the hood. Based upon your thought I even turned on the computer and changed the settings on the shocks to be sure they worked... and they did. This really is confounding, I adjusted the 'hit' side shock a good, well, three...

    Suspension Mystery!

Thanks fellas, no, the body looks fine, the fender gaps are consistent. The impact side shock is not leaking and seems fine. I'll check the rear of the car now. I guess I need to get it on a lift. When I bring it in to get the bumper replaced I'll have the body shop take a look. Keep the guesses...

    Suspension Mystery!

Well, for those who recall, one of my sons grabed my NSX and took it out for some fun. The last we visited, I was looking for a new front bumper (thanks to those who contacted me on this). Well, I finally found the culprit (the younger son... he was suppose to be the good one!!!). Other than the...

    '91 front bumper

My son took my car out and did something very wrong with it! I need a front bumper that will fit on my '91. Red would be great, but I can paint it. Tom 631-549-0215

    low mileage 91 nsx

How do you buy a car like that and then actually drive it! Every mile you put on it reduces its value exponentially. Of course, if you are going to use it as in investment, you probably will not do very well, as we all know. I have a neighbor who purchased the last Ford GT made. He had it...

Tein Flex suspension...why all the hate?

For what it is worth, I have the Tein Flex system, with the computer, and I love it!

    New Coil Overs on Monday

I did it last summer and I feel it is worth it. Ride is harsher, but for me, exceptably so. Much tighter feel, almost no body lean or squat. I hope you enjoy them... Tom

    $2,700 for timing belt??

I'm not recommending that the water pump not be changed, I did mine last year (with the TB, very late I might add according to the 'time' chart), however, the mechanic gave me back to old pump, around 62k on my '91. and that thing looked so remarkably well built! It spun with almost no effort...
