Hello all,
My name is Chris and I am partnering with Son on an upcoming venture. While this matter has nothing to do with our upcoming venture, I felt the need to come in here and clear things up as much as possible. This matter came to my attention when I was contacted by a member of this forum via phone (NA1MT). Apparently he was researching Son online and found my name and number because of our business dealings. He told me about his transaction with Son and that he had ordered 2 parts and only received one. I immediately contacted Son to find out what is going on with this whole deal.
Son asked me to login to his account and give everyone an update. Son's father has been having some serious health problems over the past month and Son was out of the country for a couple of weeks because of this. He has returned but is still out of town staying with family. In his absense, his business has come to a standstill. He has gotten far behind in fulfilling orders.
After speaking to Son, he asked that I step in as a third party to explain his absense. He did explain to me that many of the parts ordered were in stock when the sale began but have since gone out of stock....he also told me that due to the circumstances with his father, he has failed to check with VIS as often as he should. But he assured me that he will fulfill all of the orders here or issue refunds to those whose orders he is unable to fulfill as soon as he returns home - which will be this weekend.
While there is no excuse for the lapse in communication, I ask that you give Son a little bit of time to return home and get caught up. He wanted me to convey to you all that he realizes the lapse in communication is inexcusable and that it was never his intention to let things get this out of hand. He has been overwhelmed with the orders he needs to ship out, emails he needs to return, and calls he needs to return. He will begin making things right as soon as he returns home.

[email protected], I will do my best to assist you. Please do know that my area of expertise is customer service, web design, and marketing...so my knowledge of NSX products is very limited at best. I also have no financial interest in Son's transactions on this forum or anywhere else up until this point. I am simply trying to help him in his absense so that this matter can be dealt with as quickly and painlessly as possible for all parties involved.
