Saw this in another thread...Are these the PN's I need for the Timing Belt/WP service?
Its for a 99 NSX.

I also need some NGK spark plugs right?
Anything else that would be wise to replace?

The car still has like I think has 40k miles just want to do preventive work on it...

I compared your list to my list from when I did my '96 two years ago. I agree with all except the head cover (valve cover) gasket set, which makes sense, (3.0 vs 3.2l) and the tensioner, which I saw no need to replace.

I've attached a picture I put together of where all the bolts are on the front covers. Perhaps you will find it useful. One of these days I'll figure out how to add it to the wiki. :smile:.

If you haven't done this job before, I can't emphasize enough how helpful Gary Kentosh's write-up was to me. I especially liked his scheme of marking the old and new belt. Mine went on perfectly the first time, vs a few others I have seen on Prime who didn't follow that routine and had one or more cams mis-timed.

In regard to the Head Cover Gasket set, this was introduced with the 3.2 and is applicable for all years.

I would do the cam seals and cam plugs while you are doing the timing belt. It's an extra 3 hours when you have the timing belt out, but will give you piece of mind.

Otherwise, if you have to do it in the future, it's basically another TB service.
