Gansan, I have seen this video before, but it does not answer the question I posted in terms of financial responsibilities if the car owner does not own the pink slip, which was my question raised but not answered at the end of the video. So far all the cars I have seen are 20 years old fixed up beaters.

Yeah, I have no idea on the answers to your question.

I guess the expensive car owners can always hire a lawyer to deal with it if caught street racing. At the end, the little guys with their 20 years old beaters that can barely reach 100mph.... loses....
