Ahh Global must just be a website for dealers to use...

That plate starts life with a WK enterprise inc walnut Ca on 8/31/22...listing 395,995 having 134 miles
on 9/9/22 it is now owned by WK motors listing for 394,115 still 134 miles
last listing is 10/14/22 same miles price now 342,375 still 134 miles

Car #296 just came up for air (19UNC1B09NY000296) at Mark Motors with a price of $264,888 and 18 miles on the clock. Good news is with all the pictures, the missing options information is now complete for the registry (whew). This car is unusual because it has iron rotors and doesn't have the CF interior (note steering wheel)! It was originally sold at
David McDavid Acura of Austin with an MSRP of $172,745 (only options seem to be the CF engine cover, $750 and the XM, $500).

Just found were #296 landed. New owner is Jay Martinez @jaytinez3. He's already modifying his new NSX Type-S with new wheels. Photographer is Chris Cantu.

Car #042, 19UNC1B00NY000042 flashed up on the retail circuit very quickly yesterday. It caught me off guard because the data made it look like an older sale. But no, it was posted for a very short duration (maybe a dayish) an estimated $279,995. Last reported mileage was 466. This is the 3rd posted sale for this car at Veloce Motors, the 1st at Columbia Acura, and 2nd at Toy Barn. Surprisingly, this car too has iron rotors but with a CF interior. (updated pics w/addition of VIN plate shown in PMC video)

Finally, Toy Barn posted pictures of car #109, 19UNC1B06NY000109. For a while I was wondering if this car was a consignment. Some of the new data points missing on this car in the registry: no lightweight package but CC brakes with red calipers, red leather/alcantara seats and alcantara instrument visor/hood.

Mileage is 1038, price is $262,000.

I can't disagree. A red leather interior on a yellow car. We've visited the Ronald McDonald themed color scheme in the past and I still can't approach it. Imagine if this was a convertible? FWIW, I've seen similar combinations on the likes of Ferrari, Lambo and McLaren too. It's no better.

Surprise! Car #289, 19UNC1B01NY000289 was put up for sale today at Crown Acura. Crown has had #018 listed for sale for some time now. #289 is painted in Long Beach Blue Pearl, wrapped in ebony Alcantara/leather interior. According to the NSX Type-S Tracker, this car has come full circle. It was originally sold by Crown and then it landed at Ferrari of Naples. The price has come down to $249,991, from $294,991. <<< looks like a typo there to me. None the less, the mileage reported is 27 miles just 1 more mile since its listing in Naples. I don't disagree with the lower price because this car does not have the lightweight package, but it has the CF interior (really just the steering wheel because late production lacked the CF gauge cover supply). Calipers are Red and again it has iron rotors. Updated pictures will be posted here when they become available. Just a guess, I believe Ferrari of Naples probably took this car in on trade and since it didn't sale quickly moved it on.

Update: #289 caught my attention again because it showed up at 2023 Cleveland Auto Show. There some new photos and video reviews of it. However, car #289 is now back at Crown Acura. Huh? In fact, if you want to see the latest condition of the car (which seems perfect), there's a new YouTube video on it. But here's what bothers me. In the description, they said this, "Sold originally by us, transported to FL and then shipped back without being driven." I made a guess there may have been a trade. With this I looked up the registered transaction on this car.

It's true the car has hardly traveled but the movement is just strange to me. None the less, good to know the history. Whom ever buys this car they are now getting a much better deal than 3 months ago.

wow, Wow, WOW....just found car #346! o_O
Its LHD and was for sale in the US. I said it before and I'll say it again, I don't believe Japan picked up all their possible allocations. This car is painted in 130R White with a full leather interior, lightweight package, Berlina black gloss wheels, red calipers and XM radio option. It has 200 miles on the clock and licensed in Florida. And apparently, already sold at WireWheel. VIN is not listed. I'll be hunting for it and will update this post once discovered (this is really starting to look like car with VIN19UNC1B09NY000301).

Heads up. The NSX Type-S Tracker in the NSX Prime Library has been updated. Many additions, some corrections collected over the last month have been made. Still no real progress on the exports to Japan. I keep searching. I find cars but cannot confirm their VINs.

So, I don't normally peruse eBay for automobiles. I was indirectly pointed there trying to track down the details of another Type S today. I found car #028, 19UNC1B06NY000028, under a "classified ad" for $299,999.00 by Tactical Fleet in Beverly Hills, CA. They don't have it listed on their website only Ebay. It's dressed in Indy Yellow Pearl with an ebony Alcantara interior. The pictures confirm the options with Shark Gray Matte wheels, black calipers, no XM radio option, but with the lightweight package. Mileage is listed as 0 which has to be inaccurate. The last odometer reading on record was 1,273 miles. It's been for sale 2 other times: first at Acura Fremont; second resell on June 28, 2022 and now on eBay.

some of these are just unloved play things..

How many of the 2022's got produced without SiriusXM before that became a "mandatory option" due to the unavailability of the CF roof without the antenna? Can't be many...

Good question. Really only somebody in manufacturing could answer it with absolute certainty. However, if I were to make a guess, the last car to have confirmed no XM option was #150. It was manufactured in 06/22. Of the remaining 150 cars (in the US allocation) about half are confirmed with SiriusXM. The others are unknown at this time. But here's the most interesting fact. Of the first 150 cars, exactly 50 do not have the SiriusXM option! Coincidental? Maybe. There are 28 cars in the first 150 that are also unknown. So there you go....50 based on the data we have.
