I searched quite a bit and surprisingly didn't find the answer to my question.

I have a '91 nsx on stock wheels and nsx-r suspension, which lowers the car about .75". I have about 2 degrees of negative camber but nothing extraordinary. I'd like to try the Nitto NT-01's. According to their website, the only relevant sizes they come in are 205/50/15, 225/45/15 and 245/50/16. The 205/50/15 is perfect for the fronts. According to Nitto's recommendations, the 225/45/15 is too wide for the stock 6.5" wheel.

My first concern is will the 245mm's rub in the rear? If they fit, my second concern is 245mm too much tire in the back, both in rolling resistance and creating an unbalance with a 205mm front?

Too bad the NT-01 doesn't come in a 225/50/16. If the Nitto's don't work I'll probably go with azenis again.

I for one think you might be able to get away with it, but you probably might need some hub centric spacers too (which wouldn't be a bad thing around the track...)

You could try the 245/50-16 in the rear. I don't think it will rub; it's only 3 percent larger in diameter than stock, so it's not that huge a difference. I also don't think the additional stagger is that big a concern; 40 mm difference isn't a big deal on the NSX. Go for it.

Other options available in 205/50-15 and 225/50-16 include the Toyo RA-1 and the Yokohama A048 (more money, but the rear is on special at the Tire Rack right now). I'm not sure about the Toyo R888 and Toyo's website is down right now.

For 15"/16" wheels, you can get the newly-available (in North America) R888 in the '91-93 stock sizes of 205/50-15 and 225/50-16.
