Hey guys, sorry for the delay. Here is a basic graph of my best pull. If I had more time I would post others. I think the recent numbers of the BBSC have been impressive to say the least. This my friends is no exception, the car is absolutely wonderful and it is only gonna get better w/updates, more tuning, etc.

91 3.0 Comptech headers, exhaust, and test pipes, Dali clutch/flywheel

I cannot say enough about Mark B. both as a person and as a professional. His quality of work, determination to make everything 100% right, and his patience are something that every NSX owner should experience first hand. He and Nick went above and beyond, working at times 12 hr days, to get everything handled and installed properly. We look forward having him back in Raleigh as soon as possible. I would like to express a word of thanks to Mark and everyone around him that has helped bring this wonderful product to our marketplace! Enjoy!

Jason,

That's one damn beautiful dyno chart!

I concur with your assessment of Mark Basch. I think everyone who has ever been associated with Mark knew all along that in the final analysis the BBSC would be nothing short of fantastic.

Congratulations and have safe fun with your new "enhanced" NSX.

All the people some of the time and some of the people all of the time...you know where I'm going with this.
Those of us who do own Basch enhanced cars are VERY happy with the product to date. Of course we are looking forward to the new and improved updates coming down the pipe but are content now.

Do you have a BBSC on yours?

Ditto the last comment from Jason W. When was 270 lbs ever considered low on an NSX?

sidenote for JW-
Tried to call you when I left Margaux's, but your voicemail wasn't picking up.

"....Torque is on the low side huh...."

Yeah, well once he takes those pesky 6 butterflies of the VVIS system out, torque will be just fine!

Hey Jimbo your a pretty funny guy lets see some dyno results from you. You seem to run your mouth alot now let see if your car runs as fast as your mouth.

Hey Jason, Way to get the pull big dog!! Forget the Naysayers WE know the deal!!! I got your fuel map with the test pipe and it is running good. Did you get the software? Whassup Jason B

Very nice! I think the higher boost pulley with a blow-off at the upper end (for stock bottom ends) will add enough area under the lower end of the curve enough to impress even the hardcore skeptics. Add the after cooler and you should be able to run it hard and long at the track without problems.

Good to see we are all hanging out here tonight. Test pipes will hopefully be coming my way soon too. I passed the VA emissions last week, so I am set for 2 years. Any further tuning will render more accurate/predictable changes once those cats are off. Charles, what kind of sound difference are you noticing w/o the cats?

JB

Charles, Thanks for the kind words. I got the software today. Glad to hear your car is running better.

JB, sorry about that, we were in the grocery store.

I agree w/all. Cold air intake, pulley change, and aftercooler the cars will be even more impressive than they already are.

I honestly don't think the test pipes make the car THAT much louder. There is a difference, but w/the Comptech exhaust it's just right IMO.

JB,
I agree with JW. The thing that I did notice was more than likely because of the new headers... and also the sound of that air being drawn in. GLad to heard that you passed your test. When We get the next round of upgrades, I say I go FIRST before JB breaks the DYNO again LOLOL

Charles,
That's funny... I guess that 'Southern Hospitality' was wearing a little thin while waiting your turn, eh? ;-D who said good guys are always last????

I would think that JB might be up there in the Guiness Book of Records for the most Dyno pulls in a day... exactly how many did JB (30+ something?) have before the Dyno broke? heh heh.

Congrats Jason,

So how many miles since install? Bet you cannot stop driving her, huh? I cannot believe you took the NOS off. Just think, 400 rwhp with a shot of NOS. Now that would have been fun down Capitol Blvd.

STEVE!! whassup!!

Jason,
The dyno plot is pretty amazing. It is such a big jump from the ~235 hp or so with the stock setup. How do you compare your car now with your NOS that you had been running? I thought you said it was stronger now, but could you describe the difference?

When I put the Comptech with high boost kit, it just felt like the same car with a bigger engine. The Basch seems to have a steep hp curve all the way to redline, whereas the Comptech starts to flatten out before redline. The Comptech feels good at all RPMs. The one thing I have noticed and it must me more pronounced with your setup, it is easy to hit the rev limiter because the RPMs climb so quickly.
