I work off of Washington/Westcott. We do a lot of work around this area as well. Pricey, but location location location!
be aware some of the roads there are pretty narrow and bumpy!
I work close to there so I am nearby.
Would definitely watch out for many roads in need of repair. Yale St. between Washington and 610 is one I drive everyday and would like to avoid. I often think the car will break in half over some craters I have encountered.
