Anybody travelling from Santa Monica to Palm Springs around midday October the 7th.
We will have a rent a car so we might need a bit of guidance.

the route to palm springs from santa monica is pretty easy. You need to find your way to interstate 10 which basically starts in santa monica and passes through the palm springs area. Most of us will not be going to palm springs until early on the 8th.

You can take the 60 or the 10...
if you have service on your smartphone pull up Google Maps and check the traffic
It's a very direct route and should take about 2 hours depending on traffic
