BBS LM's Installed - Double Staggered, and Reverse Face, and Semi Hellaflush, Oh My!

Specs:
Wheels: BBS LM - silver with machine lip
Sizes: 18x8 +50 & 19x10 +40 - factory wheels specs
Tires: Yokohama S.drive - 215/35/18 & 265/30/19
Suspension: Bilstein shocks & H&R springs
Adjusted Estimated Offsets: fronts +31mm and rears +26mm

I finally got around to putting on my new BBS LM's. Before I mounted the new tires, I opted to go with the reverse face look. Mounting the faces from the inside of the rim instead of the outside. I was concerned it was going to be too aggressive because supposedly the wheels would get an additional 14mm of poke. Crisis adverted and it came out perfect. I'm also running a 5mm spacer for the fronts, no spacer for the rears. The adjusted offsets is just my estimate. I won't truly know the exact new offsets until I actually measure it. Please be easy on me with my failed attempt on taking decent pics.

My old set of BBS LM's are for sale if anyone is interested. http://nsxprime.com/forum/showthread.php?t=151003

loooks sick, what are you dropped on btw?

the car is raised off the ground you can tell by the huge wheel gap...wheels look great cant go wrong with LMs!

Yes the car is off the ground. I was actually quite nervous when I first saw this. I'm running pretty aggressive negative camber, so its all good.

Bilstein shocks and H&R springs

why did you need spacers up front?

any rubbing? thats a nice spring drop btw:smile:

Doc I am really happy to know you have your lingo straight on this stuff... Trying to stay young eh?

Looks great! The only thing I would do is the '02 rear to balance the car. Nicely done!

I got to stop spending money on this car!

I needed the spacer to clear the calipers.

It rubs a little on full turns or big dips in the road. Just the sacrifice I guess to have the right stance.

Best looking NSX with BBS LM's. Came out perfectly in my honest opinion.

how much camber did you run also?

18x8 plus 31 is dope

after many sleepless nights I think I have a handle on the hella/flush differential diagnosis.

Sweet !

Everything looks good nothing else to change IMHO. Don't do the rear valence unless you do the side skirts, throws the lines off.
