Best mod to lower 0-60 times(w/o nos or supercharg)?

Hello Just wondering what's the best mod to lower 0-60 times without using nos or a supercharger.

Hey Paul.
I would suggest short gears and possibly the upgraded R&P, which you can read about on this site in more details (under FAQ- performance).This mod provides much improved gearing to keep the NSX in its prefered power/vtec band, especially on the 1 - 2 shift. hope this helped....gl w/ your mods!
