better pads for Stoptech BBK

Hi,
I've got the Stoptech BBK on my nsx and i'm not happy with the initial bite of the standard Stoptech street performance pads.
I'm considering the carbotech AX6 pad.
My car is for mainly street use and the odd light track day.
The most important thing i'm looking for is increased initial bite.
Can anyone explain the difference in performance between the two pads?

I never used the Stoptech pads. I went with Carbotech XP8 on the track but do not recomment them on the street because of cold performance. I remember having AX6 on the street with stock brake system and they were very nice.
