Have you actually pulled the bulb out and done a resistance check on it? The c.c.u. Is notorious for leaking capacitors which will in turn cause the lighting to not illuminate and or only blow air on high. Might want to see if the bulb is still good first and then go from there.
side of the ccu has a "ccu repaired by xxx" sticker on it, as far as i remember. So the caps were replaced at some point already... everything else works fine.
