Car not starting after a few months of sitting

Maybe someone here can give some advice. Car isn't starting after sitting for a while. Maybe 2 months. I have a brand new battery, fuel pressure is at 40 psi at prime. Car cranks but won't kick over. Aem ems with id1000 injectors and walbro pump. 1/8 tank of gas. Ign fuses are good.

I would also like to add that this is a spare key that I'm using, but I dont think there is a transponder in my 1996 Acura T correct?
