I had this plate for 17 years on all my exotics since 1991 when I first got it for my 1978 Lotus Esprit S2. Since then, it's been on a 1977 Maserati Merak SS, 1979 Lamborghini Countach S, 1990 Lotus Esprit Turbo SE, and some others I'm forgetting.

But I go to the DMV a few months ago to transfer it to the NSX, and I find out some Yahoo in south Florida has now taken it, since it was not registered for more than a year. What a total crock - it used to be 3 years of dormancy before you could lose the plate. Now I don't know what plate to get?
