For people with the T roof. From new my left sunvisor tip (nearest to the rearview mirror) is about 1/2 inch lower than the right visor tip. They don't line up evenly. Does anyone else have this problem? I'm thinking it may be an improperly made sunvisor. I wonder if warranty will cover the replacement? It was always that way since new, but has recently starting to bug me, especially since the warranty will run out in March 06 unless I extend it.

Yeah, mine are uneven also, but only by about 1/4".
sorry Mike, mine are as close to even as the naked eye could tell.
