Drag Race at NSXPO?

If I am not mistaken the site for the 2003 nsxpo has a drag strip also. For the powers that be, would it be possible to include some drag time also. Dan

Be careful what you ask for. The introduction of drag racing into the mix could void the insurance policies of the drivers whose carriers still cover HPDE but not "speed events." I had that concern last year with the timed laps at TMR and you don't want such an activity to cause the HPDE part of the track event to fall within a policy exclusion.
