Easiest Way to Get Dried Wax off Turn Signal Lenses?

My dealer sucked at detailing the car and they let wax dry up on the turn signal lenses (amongst other places). Now it looks clouded up and ugly. I haven't been able to take it off. I've tried bug/tar remover (since I know that removes wax). What can I use or do to get this hard stuff off? Thanks in advance.

I use a very soft tooth brush soaked in some instant detailer to clean the wax/polish that dries along the raised plastic lettering that is always present on tail light lenses. Sometimes a toothpick works well also.
