I have a set sitting in my garage that's 14yr old with 75k miles on them. Think they're still good?

yep, springs rarely get bad. Its the shocks that go out. If you think about it, its just metal that is sitting not any parts that are moving.

Absolutely! Mine have around 100,000 miles on them, including several track days, and lots of aggressive back road driving, and they are still awesome.
