Free Powder Coating

I have a patient of mine who owns a powder coating business who wants to trade his services for "foot" treatment. What should I get powder coated? I already have my Dali coolant tank (red) and HRE wheels (white) coated and calipers (red) painted. What should I have in the engine bay or elsewhere done??
