their are instructions in the black for example black goes to ground and yellow goes to accessory/12+ constant.

DesignTech has a really nice website with a lot of helpful information, including technical support & installation instruyctions etc.
I found this manual online 20022v83b which I believe is the appropriate one for this system.

If you plan to hook this up to an NSX see my thread in the stereo/multimedia/gadgets forum for how to wire up safely with a manual transmission.
