been having my check engine light coming on my 91 w/21000 miles after a couple of minutes driving the car, it goes off after restart. It is sporadic, happened 4-5 times a couple of weeks ago, now its not happening last two times I drove it.
Brought it into the dealer, they got error codes 44, 02, and 52, on the rear Spool valve appears to be the problem. After mechanic contacting the NSX tech hotline the combined codes indicated to replace both spool valves, at a mear $1125 for the job. Each part is $313 bucks, but its a labor intensive job.
Any comments, I am having them replace the rear Spool valve, but do I need/suggested to replace both car is at shop.
