Help needed - my rear dali sway bar is too small!!!

Just wondering; I installed my front Dali sway last weekend, and this
weekend is the rear.

I took the old off, greased the bushings for the new one, and put it on the
car -- and it's about, oh, 1 inch or more "shorter" than the other -- ie,
when the old came off, the end links that it connected to were tight (still
pressed on) on both sides.

Now, with the Dali on, I have to stretch them both to touch the sway bar at
the same time, and no matter what its not tight. It's as if the new sway is
a lot smaller than the old. Is this possible?

You need to pivot the drop links backwards to receive the bar. Try this. Also, I connect the end links before bolting the bar into the subframe. Always seems easier than this. Also, make sure you have your front and rear on the right ways, and they are positioned correctly. Use your stock bar, or teh shop manual for reference. Call me if you need help.
