Just curious....was it caught up the carpet or your floormat? My previous NSX driver's seat got caught up in the carpet. I panicked and took it straight to SOS. As usual, SOS fixed it in no time, 100% perfect repair and only cost me one hour of labor.
I was so freaked out I would have gladly paid 10x that much. Once again demonstrated the professionalism of SOS folks (Chris, Wade, Jeff, Jeff #2 (Ffej as they call him).
I guess this is a fairly common issue.
