i bought honda touch up paint (the kind that comes in the ball point pen looking small cannister).
there is supposed to be an orange plug inside that you remove before using the pen.
i cannot find it! or if i see it, i cannot figure out how to remove it.
ok i figured it out. the orange cap was covered with paint so it did not look orange.
i pulled it out, the pen works now.
