Can they be bought somewhere besides the dealer, such as Napa?

I prefer the Honda 50/50 premixed coolant. I don't know how much the other items are but there are a few prices here: http://www.nsxprime.com/FAQ/Maintenance/costs.htm

You may be be able to buy a fuel filter at Napa, just give them a call. Dealer list on a fuel filter is $51.60.

Same thing with the auto trans filter but I think you are going to have to go to the dealer for that.

As for coolant the only thing you should use is Honda Type II, its dark green and its pre-mixed so you will need about 4 gal for a complete drain and refill. I can't find the list price right now, you can call your local acura/honda dealer for a price.
