I had a little sideswipe with a Caddy a while back and was wondering is this wheel repairable. Have heard lots of theorys. The next upgraded membership status to any prime member, that can refer me to anyone who can fix my wheel. If I can't get it fixed, the drivers side will be for sale. Racing Hart M-5. 19x9.5 44mm offset. Passenger side rear wheel. Thanks

Wheels America used to have a location in St. Louis, but I don't think they do any more.

I found two places on the 'net, and they claim to do wheel repair, even though they mostly sell wheels etc:

Hubcap and Wheel Express

Overland MO 63132

The Hubcap & Wheel Store
11561 Saint Charles Rock Road
Bridgeton, Mo. 63044

Take it to one or the other and ask.

If this works out, instead of upgrading my NSXprime member status, use the money to join the NSX Club of America. And come to NSXPO 2005!

Matt F. used to brag about a place - I think called "Andy's Wheels" near the airport off natural bridge. He swore they did the best job he had ever seen on some wheels that were pretty messed up. He said the place is not the nicest area - but the guys were honest and did unbelievable work.

I don't have any personal experience - but Matt is extremely picky and his references have worked well for me in the past.

YMMV.

Yes, Wheel Collision is one of half a dozen places listed in the FAQ (under Wheels & Tires - Wheel Repair). But none are in the St. Louis area.

Here's the contact info for Andy's:

Andy's Wheel Covers & Wheels
11511 Sandy View Drive
Saint Louis, MO 63146
(314) 429-1400

(Apparently they have moved from their former location at 10138 Natural Bridge Road.)

Nah, its shot. I purchased a brand new set of harts for the rear, found them in Cali. The offsets are a little different, so there's not as much rear lip as the old one's. I'll see how it looks when i get the car back.

YES, IT IS DEFINITLY SHOT! But long before the accident. I would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER drive around with a wheel that has 8 nut-holes!!!
I've never seen something insane. :(

Good luck in getting new wheels!

My thought exactly, seems like this is one of those re-drilled bolt pattern wheels which, hmmm, maybe was pretty popular practice in 10 years ago. The general public wasn't too educated with the importantace of bolt pattern, offset, hub centric..etc.
