between 96NSX-T bumper and 92 NSX ?
I need to replace my front upper bumper and found one from a 96, just wondering any problem with the fitting.

They did. That's why a 96 is the same.

The thin black chin spoiler is wider towards the edges on the '97+. However, they're interchangeable between the later version and the earlier version. And, as Todd points out, the '92 and the '96 are the same.

I believe the pre '97 spoilers are out of production and not available.
