Lead/tip on finding my new NSX?

Hi NSXers, I'm trying to close a deal to purchase a new NSX this month, but I've been struggling to find the right car... my target:

  • White (130R preferred, but will definitely consider Casino), Source Silver, or Nord Gray
  • Red/black interior
  • XM radio
  • Lowest price possible, including exposure cars

I was very close to the right price on a 130R, but it had Orchid leather and no XM. Since it was only "close" on price, I decided it was too much money to pay for not getting the color and the radio that I wanted. If you have come across "my car" in your shopping, especially at a dealer that wants to sell, please point me to it! I'm in SoCal but will fly anywhere for the right deal.

Thanks!

I can't offer much help on finding the car you want, but I will say that I too wanted the built in SiriusXM. The car I got didn't have it and it was almost a deal breaker for me too. However, streaming it through the app on bluetooth has been fine. Just something for you to consider if that's all a particular car is missing. Would it be easier to have it OEM? Yes. But I can still listen to Howard 100 on my drive to work. :)

Do you mind sharing the details on the one that you are passing on (location/msrp)? I too am in the market and am looking for a white with orchid spec.

Follow up on that silver one. I ended up picking it up due to my other offer falling through due to weird dealership rules. Call/text me 919-273-8535 if you are interested. Its a Casino white with tech package and upgraded seats. Roughly 167 i think but dealer will honor 30k plus some % off msrp.

Go to Autotrader.com and do a search. Dozens if not hundreds for sale there. Now that Acura is offering a $3oK rebate the cars are selling fast. I just bought mine new for $43k under MSRP. But you have to buy new and use Acura financing or leasing to get the rebate. I'm seeing a buying frenzy developing, and it will accelerate when word gets out. Acura is not advertising the rebate. You have to buy from a dealer, to get the rebate, not a secondary dealer. Find a car that fits your needs and then call the dealer and tell them you're looking to buy a car $44k under sticker or more. The no option cars will bring less discount than the higher optioned car as there is less room for the dealer to discount. It's a buyers market, and I decided to take advantage. The cheaper and most desirable cars will be snapped up first, and what will be left at the end of December will be the less desirable ones and the cars that are overloaded with the grossly overpriced carbon fiber add ons. $30k for carbon fiber dress up options is absurd...... Good luck on your hunt.
