Leather seat installation. I am getting ripped off?

I am expecting 2-tone seat covers from Leatherseats.com
I called local upholstery installation shop here in Indianapolis and the guy quoted me $550 sight unseen!!!

What is the going rate for type of job?

Did you call "Stitches" here in town? They do good work.

I got it done by a guy who did work for lexus. Cost me $290 bucks and he did a great job. So, yes, you are getting ripped.

$550 is a rip off. It isn't that hard.

Prob take me 30-45min each to change the cover.
