I need to know how to remove the small speaker between the seats...

does the speaker grill just pull off or is there more to it than that?

-thanks

removal

1. Remove the center armrest and upper bulkhead panel(speaker housing).
2. Remove the bulkhead L&R panels behind seats. May need to do this first rather than second.
3. remove the 5 screws, then disconnect the 2-P connector from the floor wire hardess.
4. Remove the 4 screws, then take the rear speaker out and of the center bulk head panel.
If you need, I can copy and email you the page out of the service manual for you.

that stupid little speaker

My current issue is the speaker appears dead, I had a guy who fixes the amp problem take a look at the setup under the passenger wheel well... and he didn't think it was bad... I wasn't there so I don't know exactly how he came to that conclusion...

I've also heard the speaker could have just dropped it volume really low... so I figure if I can touch the speaker and feel it move then I know it's getting signal just not playing music..

so I'm just trying to rule out possibilties...
