Need Shop Recomendation

Hey guys I need a little help. I have a nephew that just bought a 1999 Acura TL that is in need of some preventative maintenance, IE. timing belt, water pump etc. and would like to know if there is a good independent shop in the DC Metro area (he lives in Chevy Chase) that can be trusted to do this kind of work?
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Since it's a TL, not an NSX , try Motor Works in Rockville. They've taken care of all my Honda products for almost 10 years. Always done right by me with 2 Legends, a TSX and an Odessey.
