New Owner - Finally! NA1-1001586

I'll be keeping those good sir!

theres actually quite a few subtle differences I am noticing to a USDM NSX.

JDM Fenders - Sick
Half mast antenna button - sick
fog lights / clear turn signals - sick
taillights - sick
DRIVERS WINDOW IS AUTO UP AND DOWN - SICK AS HELL
all the lights are different in The gauge cluster.
Shifter and handbrake are backwards from USDM
my headliner has upholstered portions.
My Windows roll up and down really fast and seal tight

theres more but I'm forgetting.

oh yeah shorter gears!

Just to make it clear for people not used to right hand drive vehicles, since this isn't a NSX specific thing like the rest of your list, it's not "backwards" per se as USDM, it's the same. So you'll be shifting into first towards the front left (oriented as if you're sitting the car). Not towards you, like if you're sitting in the left (US driver's side) seat, but away from you, towards the passenger. This pertains to most, if not all, right hand drive manual cars.

Congrats on the beautiful car!!! :)

Sorry I wasn't clearer. I actually mean that the shifter and the handbrake are mirror image from USDM to JDM. The hand brake is on the passenger side, and the shifter is on the driver's side. If I wanted to replace the console piece, it means I will have to find a Japanese market specific one.

In all my time in Japan I saw many many cars that didn't go to the effort to preserve the ergonomics for drivers on both sides of the car. And yes, all the gears are in the same place and normal.
