I don't agree. Side scoops look rediculous on front engined cars. Unless you can proove they do something, they're just plastic ricer crap to me.

You somehow made a point but Carroll Shelby or the world didnt think they look "rediculous" and I wouldnt call this...

or this...a "ricer' (base on your definition).

These bodacious scoops distinguished the "Shelby" from the regular 'Stangs".

FYI- The true definition/term "rice" originated from "rice burners" back in the 80's-early 90's all cars from the Far East (Japan, Korea etc) were all considered "Rice Burners"....
