Not the fuse box cover, the other piece!

How do you remove the triangular piece on the passenger foot well ... the right corner piece under the glove parallel to tire (the opposite of the fuse box on the driver's side)?

Is that secured by velcro or do I have to be more practical? .... TIA ......

in by 3 or 4 screws. moce carpet back and door seal you should get it
