thanx for the advice guys. i had Ben (redbird) inspect the car, and he is no less than amazing when it comes to knowing all things relating to the NSX. he was an invaluable help and resource in PPIing the car. he charged me next to nothing to do so, and even offered to pick me up from the airport. if i purchase the car, i will have him doing any and all maintenance work before i take delivery. he massively impressed me with both his knowledge and professionalism, and his willingness to go above and beyond. he's also a fella that will shoot as straight as it comes. which is nice when considering a substantial purchase and one's first entry into the Honda Super Car Club.

i highly, highly recommend checking him out if you need anything for your NSX...
