Now that allocations are being officially distributed, I thought this would be a great time for others to share their build specifications. I also created a poll so that we can get an early look at the color distribution.

I'm in for LBB with red calipers and lightweight package.

Any others??

I went with Gotham Gray, Black Interior, Lightweight Package, Gloss Black wheels.

LBB and NBP were going to be my 2nd choices, though I officially put down NBP.

I ordered Gotham Grey, ebony interior, shark grey wheels, red iron calipers, Carbon engine, interior and door sills. Second color choice is LBBP with the same specs. Hoping to hear allocation this week. Its been over 30 days since deposit..... I wonder what is going on.

I ordered Valencia red pearl with , ebony leather and Alcantara interiors , red calipers, lightweight package and gloss black wheels. Second color Gotham Gray lol.

130R, Berlina Black as second choice just like my 19 NC1, but will essentially take any color
Carbon Lightweight package
Gloss Black wheels

Was first on the list at my dealer and went for the Gotham Gray of which the dealer was allocated one - but the owner decided he wanted it and bumped me. Can't be to hurt as I would have done the same. I like the yellow but I already have a 2001 in yellow so going with the Thermal Orange as I think it will be a bit more rare and love the way the Carbon contrasts. Black interior full leather, gloss black wheels with Orange calipers and the lightweight package. All accessories.

1st choice was curve red, dealer told me it wasn't available!!!! 2nd choice was the white, red interior, red and black alcantara, red calibers.

That is the "simple" red..I think you best press the dealer on why not...

No not Delray Acura, tried them years ago.....Rude Divas, called Phil Smith, was told allocation was gone. Deposit with Palm Beach Acura. Did get a call back confirming I had an allocation.

I am on the fence with Gotham Gray versus Casino White Pearl. Can anyone weigh in on this?

My dealer says I can select at any point up until Acura contacts them to confirm. They received 2 allocations and I am number 1. Unfortunately,
I have unable to actually see the car in Casino White Pearl to make a final decision.

Orchid regardless of exterior. Lightweight package, matte wheels, red calibers.

Ok. But please, don't let Napleton's Palm Beach Craptascular crApCURA work on your car. You can PM me for details.

Make sure that your your dealer actually has a Gotham Gray allocation. There are only 50 of them in the U.S. and they have all been assigned already.

IMHO, for what it's worth, Casino white is amazing in person. Lots of depth and isn't as "storm trooper" stark white. It's my pick

Why do you prefer the Orchid interior instead or a red or black contrast / all leather options?

while I cant confirm with 100% certainty, I believe Gotham is sold out.

One of my customers is confirmed with Gotham.

Confirmed today that they can not get the Gotham. It is possible they couldn't from the get go with only 50 available in the US. Either way, love the Casino White and that is what it will be.

Ironically, all of the other colors will likely be more rare than the Gotham.

Have not seen the Casino White in person but the best pics I have seen and everyone that has seen it agrees with your assessment that it has tremendous depth.

As for the question regarding the interior - living in Florida did not want the black and have never been a red interior fan. I really wanted the Indigo but they aren't offering it.
I think the orchid offers a nice contrast. It looks a little beige in some pics but the dealer insists it doesn't have that quality in person.

Possibly, but not when you factor in the 2017-2021 cars. Gotham Gray will likely be the rarest NC1 color. Also, I have a feeling that Long Beach Blue might actually be the most common Type S color.

It does not have any beige in it; I thought the same as you until I saw orchid in person. If I was going to use "normal" color names I would call it white (or off-white). It's a shame they're not offering indigo for the Type-S.

I can say with certainty that gotham gray will not be the rarest color. And I think it's highly unlikely that Long Beach blue will unseat 130R white or berlina black.
