Painted marks on AO22-H1 tires

The new rear Yokos I have were made 10 weeks apart. The second tread block has two green lines painted around the tires and on one tire only there is a third green line painted around the fouth tread block. Do these lines mean anything?
Also what do the red and white spots on the sidewall signify?

Do these lines mean anything?

No. They're used to distinguish the different models and sizes from each other as they come off the presses etc during the manufacturing process.

Thanks nsxtasy. Finally I figured it out, the green lines are to distinquish the right tire from the left tire without looking for the markings on the sidewall.
