Parts "trading" rules

I read the market place rules and couldn't really find an answer to my question. I'd like to post a thread to see if anyone is interested in trading their exhaust for mine (Anytime race). I'm not interested in selling only a 1:1 trade so obviously I wouldn't post a price which would violate rules of the marketplace. Also I'm not interested in shipping so I'd prefer to post in the Midwest forum. Is that permissible at all or strictly verboten?
