price check please!

I bought an NSX about 3 months ago and was wondering what it would be worth (private sell price). Consider the following:

1991 black on black
auto
everything stock
light/medium curbing on 3 wheels
new s03 potenza on rear
yokos on front (80%)
98,xxx miles
90,000 service @ 94,xxx (water pump, timing belt, belts, fluids, etc.)
fosgate components
zapco amp
some wear on the driver side bolster
small rock dusting on the nose

P.S. the reason is that I am considering going in on a real estate deal and am considering giving up the car to invest I will probably hate myself if I do, however, this might allow me to buy a new one later

High mileage automatic in what sounds like slightly rough shape with questionable stereo mods...(very) low twenties would be my guess.

You just bought the car... how much did you pay. That should be a pretty decent price check unless you got taken.

A guess would be $19,000-$22,000 in it's current condition with mis-matched tires.
