Problem with center console need advice

I just got home and noticed all the controls at the top of the center console is no longer working. There are no lights and all of the controls do not work (air control, AC, mode, defroster, etc). Below is an example picture of what I am referring to. The radio works just fine. Does anyone have any idea what the problem may be?
