For anyone who put their amp behind the driver or passenger seat where did you run your ground wire. When I had my amp in the trunk there was a very convient existing bolt in the left side of that car that made for a perfect place to stick my ground wire. Just curious what people used behind up in the cabin area. I have a very faint interference sound indicative of a poor ground selection point.

ground it directly to the battery.

There are a couple bolts right under the arm rest. Once you remove the arm rest, you will see them. One of the two bolts in my car is used for the ground of the amp. My amp is mounted aginst the firewall behind the driver's side seat.

There is a factory ground on the rear firewall. I used that until I ran a line directly to the battery. Once I did that, however, it did not seem to make any difference so I think the OEM ground would have been just fine.
