RIP Ron “The Hawk” Witt 😢

After a long and courageous battle Ron passed away last night. Despite his own health issues over the years Ron managed to bring his smile and courage to many children affected by and/or afflicted with cancer at our annual Kids Day at Watkins Glen. His last time with the kids from Camp Good Days saw the children make a sign wishing him well and sending their love and thoughts his way even though we were there to support the kids. Ron was a true gentleman and very important member of our NSX family. He was known to drive his immaculate silver NSX from Buffalo all over the country to attend NSPXOs and was proud of his Buffalo Stampede gatherings for our northeast region. Please keep his wife Ginnie and his family in your thoughts and prayers.

Ron aka "The Hawk", was a prince among men. He and Ginnie set an example of what a loving, caring and giving couple are. Whether it was at a NSXPO, or a Kid's Day, or the infamous Buffalo Stampede, you could count on Ron and Ginnie. While his earthly presence will certainly be missed, he will never be forgotten. RIP Ron

Ugh, so sorry to learn of this sad news.
Ron and I traded SO many humorous e-mails the past few years.
