Hello all. Looks like we're going to have an impressive turnout. A number of NSX'ers are coming from out of town and even out of state. Here are a couple of items to share...

1. Can any locals recommend a place to go for breakfast following the event (~9:30 AM or so)? This can be a combo short road trip to a place that has plenty of good parking.

2. I am working with my C&C contact to look into reserving an overflow area to accommodate the large group we will have.

3. Don't forget about the pre-meeting area and short parade entrance event (see page 1 of this thread).

4. I have contacted one dealership, a couple of aftermarket businesses, and several Honda and Acura officers with American Honda Motor Company about our little gathering. So far, no replies or commitment to chip in something (raffle prizes, etc.).

Please share any ideas, suggestions, etc. while we still have time to act. I'll do what I can to help make this a memorable meeting. Also, keep your fingers crossed for good weather!

Gustav's Jaegerhaus Restaurant in Anaheim.....just off the 57 Fwy, close to the Honda center. We had a post PAG breakfast meet there once....They have a banquet room and there's lots of parking....

Hello fellow NSX'ers,

I need 2 or 3 volunteers...

As of today, we have some 70, count'em, 70! NSX owners that have expressed intent on joining our special marque event at the Irvine Cars & Coffee on Saturday, Jan. 31 beginning at 6-6:30 AM. I've been keeping my C&C contact updated on our growing attendee list. She shares our excitement as well in what will be an amazing assembly of Honda supercars.

At my request, she reserved a huge area of the Ford facility parking lot (where the C&C display cars park) just for us. Attached is a map showing our reserved parking areas in yellow.

I need two or three volunteers in addition to myself that can help direct the NSX group to the right parking areas as they arrive. These parking enforcement folks will also keep other cars out of our designated areas. I planned on being part of the parade group, but will make the sacrifice to help organize things. Anyone willing to be there early (before 6:30 AM) and help out is appreciated. I need 2 or 3 reliable men/women. Thanks!

Your input has not been ignored. In fact, I've been investigating other potential breakfast venues in addition to your suggestion. I intend to call the Jaegerhaus Restaurant and confirm availability of their banquet room that day. In addition to easy freeway access, banquet seating, as this place has, is way more group friendly than individual table seating. So, for sure we will do a post C&C breakfast/road trip.

I personally don't know the area too well. On top of that there aren't too may places that can accomodate 10, 30, or potentially 70+ people and their guests all in one time. I'll defer to the group which I suspect many will as well.

Keep at it with the suggestions! I'm going to trust the few who do know the area well and can make an educated recommendation. Worse case we cram it into the least popular IHOP :biggrin:

I appreciate that, ryu. I will press the need for some driver and non-driver volunteers soon. I, too, want to partake in all the fun as well. Do take note of the post breakfast road trip I just posted. That will be another parade run event.
