Red, Red top, tip up headlights, yellow "H" badges front and rear, white wheels, I think.
Headed north on 31 passing stoplight at Rangeline Rd., today aroung noon.

I'm guessing this is in the wrong section? There is no "31" in cincinnati. Or Rangeline rd that I can find.

I think he was referring to Carmel. It is a suburb of Indianapolis.
