As the title suggests, I am wondering if there's a difference in speed (rack ratios lock to lock) whatever you want to call it........ between the EPS and manual racks ??
Our car started life as an auto gearbox and we converted it to manual gearbox but kept the EPS rack until recently when I got hold of a manual rack as a spare. I didn't realise the EPS racks were so heavy relative to the manual so we've just swapped out our EPS for a manual rack. I haven't had chance to get it to the track yet, but just moving it on and off the trailer and around the workshop it feels like it's a faster ratio....... but maybe it's just me !! so wanted to see if there was some info on that to confirm one way or the other.
