Stock stereo HELP!!!!!!!!

Replaced all four speakers with factory oem replacement and still no sound, Is there a relay for the power to the amps? Or could it be the radio?

Can you hear a low hissing sound from the speakers when on?

yes i can hear a noise, plus i can hear the relay clicking in the front compartment
