TB/WP instructions please.

Just starting to lay the groundwork for a tb/wp change and wondered if any one has a link to instructions? I looked over the WIKI instructions and will refer to them, but would also like to read what others have used. I have changed several 4 bangers over the years, so I think I am quite capable, luckily I have a mechanic friend that will stop by and over see. I am definitely O/C and will go in as prepared as possible. THANX,
