Intake Throttle Body for Right Hand Drive Cars

I am looking for a Right hand drive throttle body for my 1993 Automatic Coupe to replace my original throttle body which is experiencing problems with the Throttle Position Sensors. I have attempted to refit Throttle Position Sensor from the US but they parts do not fit. (The orientation of the parts is reversed.)

As a result, I am now looking for a throttle body from a right hand drive NSX from Australia, UK or Japan which would be a direct replacement for my car.
